I waited 6 minutes for someone to answer and was immediately cut off. Rang again, waited for another long time (didn't count how long just painfully slow to answer) before I finally got through to an adviser. Was then subjected to over half an hour of drivel before I finally got my insurance renewed. This is an appalling service and a waste of your customers time, you need to answer the phones a lot more quickly, and review your processes to make renewal a lot easier and quicker, it is ridiculous, people do not have time to hang on for this amount of time and it is a rubbish customer experience.
