“Fantastic service; I would give more stars if I could!”

We have just bought a Bosch American Fridge Freezer from Appliance City.I had reason to telephone the Company a couple of times with different queries before and after purchase. Each time when phoning I selected an option and then was put straight through to the right department.The advisers were friendly, helpful and had a good knowledge, so were able to help me straight away. I was kept updated with delivery details from the day before arrival up until the product was delivered.The item was delivered on Van 23 by two exceptionally helpful and friendly delivery men (POB & AP). The last time we had an American Fridge Freezer delivered to the same address it was a lot of hassle getting it into the house and I was quite dreading the delivery. These delivery men took away our old American Fridge Freezer and put the new one in place without any fuss at all. I am so pleased to have used Appliance City and will not hesitate to use them again.
