“Terrible customer service. ”

The kitchen was delivered on Monday night and is currently being fitted by us. Be careful when ordering. We had a wren designer come out and design the kitchen for us taking all the measurement etc. However when we went to pay for it they took our money then asked us to sign a form saying if anything was wrong it wasn't down to them! Not sure what the point of the designer was?! We went home and have tried to work out if it is correct. Two cupboards were too big and we wouldn't have been able to get a fridge in the kitchen. Also extras are added on that you don't ask for like cleaning kits and expensive cutlery holders etc. Please check this if you decide to order. The worse part is that after putting right the order (hopefully) we were owed back over £200. After numerous phone calls and emails we are now in our 4th week and the money has still not been reimbursed to us. They keep saying it being done and it will be in in my account in a few day but clearly hasn't been paid. Wren customer service is very poor and until all the kitchen is unpacked and fitted I am nervous as I have lost all trust in the company. When spending so much money you should feel confident that any problems will be sorted out as basic aftercare. I feel they took our money as quick as possible then your on you own. Will update when we have finished fitting and if my money finally gets repaid.
