Zopa did exactly what they promised to do : They checked to see if they would lend to me, they send me word they would and then confirmed it in the time they said they would, now thats customer service! And because of the signing in/registration to apply I quickly got notification of what to upload and where to - even when I could not upload it or uploaded the wrong document, when I telephoned, the call was quickly answered and they knew what I was talking about and explained easily how I should respond. All within the timeframe. I will recomend Zopa.
I particularly liked their straight talking language, their simple procedure and the clear paths for communications - the website.
