“Delivery Problem Solved”

Following a problem with a courier (DPD) failing to deliver my parcel correctly, I was dismayed... Often it is very difficult to retrieve a mislaid parcel when the courier insists that it was delivered, but Zoo Plus were helpful, direct, and resolved the matter promptly.

I have used Zoo Plus for my pet supplies for many orders, and I have always found their service to be good, but the real test of customer service is when things go wrong. In this instance they were fantastic, and it was great that they did not make it difficult to resolve.
