“Rude, misleading staff at the branch and utterly useless ”

I urgently needed daily use contact lens, but unfortunately my last eye test was out of date and I required an eye test and a another contact lens test. I called the Ealing branch, who gave me a 3pm appointment, this went great and the politicians was great and very helpful. I had explained to her the urgency of the lens. once she knew my prescription, she advised me that they did not have them in stock, but she said that she would give me a enough to last me a day, as I would get my lens Monday latest by Tuesday. waited until Tuesday afternoon nothing! I called the store you just brushed me aside by saying that it takes 3/4 day and totalling ignoring what I had to say.
I then called customer services, explained what had happened, and this is when the real nonsense started. after a full detailed conversation, lady told me that she will speak with the store and revert back. 4 hours later nothing! I called them and they told me that no such conversation took place, there was nothing on system to prove otherwise. so, I had to start all-over again. demanded to see a manager, was told they were in a meeting, the so called customer service woman told me that she would call me back, nothing. I called again spoke to another woman who totally contradict everything the previous two women had told me, according to her the manager had left at 2 and the second manager had just left, and they suddenly found my first conversation, but at no time was my issues ever discussed let alone solved. I HAVE BEEN LIED TO, DELIBERATELY MISLED, JUST SO THEY CAN BUY TIME AND DELAY. No thought for what I was saying or anything, I am totally disgusted with vision express, they are a bunch of liars, thiefs.
