I ordered an induction range cooker on line which was simple and straight forward. The only thing that was a downside was that there was no indication that I needed to buy a completely new set of cookware for induction as my set wouldn't work. I didn't expect to have to research prior to purchase. I called them about this and they were not very helpfull.
It was delivered in good order, and they called before to say what time they would arrive and arrived on spot on time.
The range cooker would not easily go through the door of my cottage, but I have two other entrance options, PB & TW VAN 26 took the time to measure and assess which to use, and placed it exactly where I asked them to. They made sure that I was happy with the item and removed all the packaging. They didn't complain about anything and didn't rush me.
Very unusual these days to have efficiency and consideration in delivery personnel. Thank you, a great team.
