Needed a bed urgently for my dad coming out of hospital and having to sleep downstairs. Ordered from this place. Pid for choice of day delivery. Waited all day till at 6,30pm was forced into ringing them . After being in a queue for 40 minutes eventually spoke to someone who told us there had been a piece missing and it had been returned to the warehouse. It was a divan bed and headboard. How could anything be missing. Why didnt they ring and let me know. They said they would ring me after 8am the next day to tell us what was happening. Nothing, no phone call no answer to my e mails. Rang them again, another 35 minute wait in queue. To;d it would definitely be Feiday.
Phone call from Delivery company 11,30am Friday on its way but he thought there was a piece missing and the mattress plastic was ripped and the plastic dirty , Turned out he had the divan but no headboard.
Asked to look at it and decided to keep it as it was urgent. Now in the process of trying to get a refund for the headboard and a reduction in price on the bed.
Do not touch this tinpot company with a bargepole. No customer service.
