“Most Appaling”

DO NOT USE ASDA HOME DELIVERY! They are utterly useless! We ordered for delivery yesterday between 5-7. By 9:30pm they still hadn't got it to us and hadn't rung us even after we chased them several times. Today I've again had to chase them 3 times and finally (and only after making an official complaint) did they say they have no drivers and wont' get the shopping to us. This is twice now so when I said I won't use the service again the best they can offer was a few quid good will that's valid for 60 days that they know we won't use. To top that all off a few of their staff were frankly rude and unhelpful. Go somewhere who actually knows how to do customer service and not these chumps!
