“rip off comany who trick customers when making faulty...”

after emailing ideal about a faulty iPhone it took them 17 days to reply they told me to ring them after the third time of email with my complaint.
after ring them l checked my phone bill and it cost me £4.50 and now they want to charge me £3.00 to send a faulty product back .
I just can not believe that you have to pay to send a faulty product back and they charge you around 18p per minute which they try to keep you on line.
I took the iPhone in to apple they fixed it for £35.00.
l think they need to learn from amazon who are spot on with customer service l will never ever buy from them again .
there tv programes promise guarantees of no problems with returns its obvious they don't get many because they do not respond.
