“We got exactly what we thought we had booked, nothing...”

Normally when I book a holiday I go with a whole load of expectations of the journey there, the hotel, the food etc. based on what the travel agent has told me when selling me the holiday. There is normally disappointments you know things that don't come up to those expectations usually little things that can eat away at the benefits of the holiday. NOT this one! The flights were on time, the staff were friendly and helpful, the taxi met us at the airport - a lovely car and driver, the hotel was beautiful, the food was delicious etc etc etc. Thank you Fleetway Travel for meeting all my expectations by delivering what you offered.
The price was really good with the holiday definitely worth more, ok we were a little out of season but with all inclusive included we needed little spending money - usually when we have gone all inclusive the food is not the best quality or a bit samey and we end up eating out. Fleetway said DB San Antonio in Malta was a five star hotel with 4 speciality restaurants but two were closed due to being out of season - we were not told that so that could have been a real problem - fortunately the food available made up for that. We had a great holiday - thanks again Fleetway.
