“Rubbish firm, bad service”

When things go wrong they don't get it sorted !!!We have a mis fitted unit and owl intuition not set up after asking numerous times since September 2015 and it is now January 28th 2016. Would love to speak to the M.D but this does not seem to be happening...Sold solar saying it would pay for itself, we will soon be in big debt and are thinking we have been missold solar.
