“Missed Appointment”

Poor customer service from edf energy - Missed home appointment despite confirming attendance on the day, yet no compensation for my 1/2 day off work! They only pay maximum £30 mandated by OFGEM. ‪#‎thanksforwastingmytime‬ ‪#‎outofpocketcustomer‬
