I placed a custom order on Jan 4 for a bday gift for my daughter, which should have shipped in 10 business days according to their Web site. I finally called on Jan 21. Lady who answered phone was rude and did not care that this is a birthday gift and had not shipped. Right after I talked to her, I received an email that my order was complete and I received a tracking number. However, now 3 days later, that tracking number has not updated and I have not received my item--when she promised it would be received by Wednesday. My husband called her again and she made up some half-excuses. We have asked for our shipping charges to be refunded. It remains to be seen if we receive that refund or receive our order.
