Anybody would think that these idiots were in the business of delivering goods. How is it that this company, renowned for its bad reviews, is still in operation? If a retailer uses them then take your business elsewhere. I guarantee things will go wrong and when it does you will NOT get it resolved satisfactorily. If you enjoy stress, wasting money and speaking to monkeys then by all means use them. This shower of goons couldn't organise up in a brewery. You have been warned.
