First I ordered to bed online half price from £2000 so bargain £1000 goo start . Received message saying delivery date and will call day before or on the day giving the time which was fine as I was off work . Then came put bed together showed me how to work it all looked good worked fine good quality so I'm happy with the product . Now the problems start they noticed my sound bar was damaged so they said we will right it on job sheet so they know I will do all the calling give it a day or so . After a week I decided to call they said ok we will send someone out for you part a repair it after saying it was the sound bar that was damaged I expected a sound bar . They called day before saying will arrive 8 in morning to repair bed 7:30 comes on delivery day knock at the door I wasn't ready yet so they had to wait .
He comes in with muddy boots takes them off in my house when I have a porch or even if there muddy take them off outside .
He looks at the bed and says subwoofer I said no soundbar so they sent the wrong part after me telling them 3 times soundbar . Same again they will do all the calling for after another 2 weeks I decided to call them again .i received soundbar in post 1 week later Only to find soundbar damaged again in and out taped up box it was discusting . I then called after having soundbar a week who was coming fit it as I've had it a week . I explained it was damaged so they was sending a 3rd team out to replace with a new soundbar I around another 2 weeks time on the day of repair they call say 12-2 not help full when most people work at them times and they still send delivery team with a subwoofer I told them I'm not happy it's poor it's the sound bar that needs replaceing . 30 mins later I get a call from dreams saying the bottom of the bed needs replacing so now I'm waiting for them on Sunday which suits me better . 3 teams soon to be 4 many phone calls time wasted so it worth it
