“DO NOT WORK FOR THEM”

I have been working here for a month now and im treated like a DOG. The manager is rude as hell and there is no win situation either.
Employees are rude to customers especially to foreigners whose first language is not english. I am disgusted to have been working for a bad company with cheap knock off jewellery.
Manager has been chummy with all staff apart from new comers like myself and have been constantly terrorized and insulted in front of customers !
Employees have even sworn at customers who do not understand english.
I do not understand how such a company is still in existance.

By the way to all those people who think WJ is so cheap and fantastic prices... RRP is FAKE. The RRP is made up by the CEOs! The price comparison is also FAKE its compared with similar items sold not the exact item! How can you compare a HSamuels white gold necklace against a WJ silver necklace!! Utter rubbish!

The amount of times customers have come in to refund or exchange due to stones falling out or broken jewellery. Its endless!.

BEAWARE: WJ sell bad quality diamonds and china manufactured jewellery at expensive rates.

its cheap prices for a reason, because the jewellery will not last a week or so!

Do not give your CV to even work for such a criminal place, you are warned you will be treated like a dog, you will not have your lunch breaks on time, or bathroom breaks unless permission is given, you will always be wrong and it will always be your fault if something goes wrong because the ones above you are "always right", no win situation, no social life, 100% blatant discrimination and lets not forget 100% no tolerance to gossiping unless its the manager doing it. PURE HYPOCRITES.
