“Wish I could leave no stars on the review”

This is without a doubt the worst customer service department I have ever had to deal with. Unfortunately I am still dealing with them (for 3 weeks so far...). I have had 2 failed pick up attempts (no shows) for what I want to get replaced (I was sent something that was damaged and looks like it has been used before). The first pick up request was actually sent to my email address and not to the courier.
Email responses are incredibly slow (if they decide to respond at all), latest one I have been waiting 4 days (and counting) for a response. I know some people are happy to call the number they charge for, but I'm not. I have no doubt I'd be kept on hold for quite a while if the email response time is anything to go by. I'd advise anyone to avoid buying anything from Create & Craft, I will not be using them again, that's for sure! I can't see my issue being resolved any time soon, I wish I'd have read this review site before purchasing from them, I'd have shopped elsewhere.
