“Shocking Installation and Very Poor Customer Service”

Betta living started my kitchen back in October and I am still waiting for it to be completed. before you waste your money with these people check lots of reviews, bedrooms seem ok but they are very poor at Kitchens.
We had 3 non English speaking fitters throw our kitchen together in one and half days, with may problems outstanding, hood not level nor centre of cupboards, wonky handles, gaps in cupboards backs, damaged plinths, dishwasher not secured (fell out on me). Fitters were arguing with me as to where to place my air switch, I'm the customer. Had many new parts shipped to my house to replace damaged and missing parts. They keep asking to send back the same fitters to finish the job but we refused as they have been back 3 times to repair items without success.

We have escalated issues to Customer Services and the Installation Director who hasn't ever spoken to us, our installation manager avoids our phone calls and wont speak to us, messages are passed to us through Customer Services, who seem unable to make things happen

This company are good at the sales pitch and the products look good, however if you get any issues the aftersales is appalling, I don't know how this company is still in business.
