Before I complain, I just want to say your customer service online is great. But everything from ordering to dispatch is bad. First of all it takes 2 or 3 days to "process" when companies like Amazon and Zavvi dispatch the same day. Secondly, when it did finally dispatched I learnt it's only 2nd Class Royal Mail, and I paid £4 for postage. So how come its £4 for first class Royal Mail on Amazon and its £4 for second class which will take 5-7 days? It makes no sense. Won't bother ordering with you again.
