“Lousy internet banking log-in”

Been with this bank 30 years. Despite great service in the past, cannot say this any more. Dreadful, dreadful internet banking log-in times, local branch closure 18 months ago, extra time for cheques to clear etc. I stick with it because who knows which bank in town will be the next to shut its doors ? Would not recommend to anyone, anymore. Sorry.
