“Sketchy reservation ”

Really disappointed with this company. If you are planning a flexible trip- don't book this company. They don't refund you anything when returned early, even though Thrifty said they would. I went to get my car and thrifty charged me an ADDITIONAL $320 on top of the $160 I paid to reserve it and I couldn't cancel my reservation anymore. Granted I was expecting some fees, but I literally ended up paying $100/per day.

Complete joke and I'll never use this company again. I also called customer service who said they would contact me in 10 mins with an email and took me calling twice and a week later to get an email that basically said sorry you're fault.
