My dog developed elbow dysplacia only a short time after insuring him, but Pet Plan did not quibble, and are now re-imbursing his vet fees regularly. They do not find silly excuses not to pay, and they don't increase your premium at renewal just because your pet has developed problems. Can't recommend too highly!
