“Excellent customer service”

We used Cruise 118 last year and Rebekka Gale did a great job so I had no hesitation in going back to her in 2016. Rebekka has an unusual quality of being friendly and business like at the same time which is refreshing and she certainly inspires confidence. Rebekka listens carefully to our requirements and delivers – proactively this year as the suite category was apparently sold out but she monitored the position and emailed me on progress and then held the room to enable me to make the booking.

So I am extremely pleased with the service received.
