“Vodafone have STOLEN my money! NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR!!!!!”

had so many problems with Vodafone and I joined less than 2 months ago. first I get promised when I took out the contract that I would receive a text when halfway through my minutes usage and then again when completely used all of them. I was also promised a cap once I had exceeded £30. so I go over and received none of these services I was promised! they then proceeded to send me a text saying there had been high usage on my account and to ring a number. so i do. only to be told then that i had gone over my calls and that the services i was promised don't actually exist. as it was a fault on their behalf i was compensated with 2 months free. at this point i didn't know how much i had gone over. so i thought great 2 months free with a contract which costs £29 a month should be fine.
I WAS WRONG. I then went on to discover i had £139 of charges attached to my account. So i ring again to be promised a call back from a manager. did i get a call back? Hell no.
so the bill comes out with still no call back, so i call again and speak to a very helpful representative who agreed to credit me £60 on the account (which then balances out with 2 months free) so i didn't have to pay any more than what i would have had to anyway. so i pay the existing £60 over the phone. 3 days later i find out that Vodafone have taken £120 out of my bank account! so back on the phone it is.
tried to sort through my bank but after discovery that they cannot do anything I have to resort to ringing Vodafone.
after being on hold for a good half an hour i am put through to a representative who seems helpful until they realize that we know what we are talking about so hang up on me!
ring back.
get put through to 11 different people, including departments that DONT EVEN EXIST! to have to repeat security questions, and explain the situation from the beginning. eventually i was promised a refund within 3 days and a call back
3 days later no refund and no call back so i ring again! to an hour into the call being hung up on!!!
so i ring again! on the phone now, been on hold an hour. don't see this going anywhere! its just an absolute joke! as soon as this contract is over i am leaving. biggest mistake i ever made choosing Vodafone and never again will i do so.
