“Unacceptable service - 7 hour wait!”

Broke down on a non bank holiday Saturday afternoon in January on the dual carriage way. Contacted auto aid call centre at 2.00pm told me 1 hour response, however they arrived after 2 hours(now 4.0pm) with a recovery vehicle unsuitable for the recovery. I had already explained we have a 5 metre long campervan with a 3 metre long trailer attached and they sent out a transit with no tow hitch anyway. It took a further 5 hours (now 9.0pm) to get a suitable vehicle to us! we were 48miles from home. We finally arrived home a 11.30pm - a 9.5 hour total.... RAC or Green flag from now on!!!
