“Still waiting after 4 weeks for the bike”

I ordered a new bike from CNF outdoors on the 27th December after several emails and now 4 weeks, I have no bike and no idea if it is actually going to come. Very disappointed with the service as after some chasing I did get a response saying they thought it had been despatched and would come back to me. However no replies to emails again or request for a refund if it was likely to be weeks more. Not much more I can say.
