“Total customer care at a bargain price”

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish:
- phone assistants sypathetic and helpful;
- local recovery firm not able to arrive within first estimate (1 hour; their previous recovery took longer than they hoped; I was collected within 2 hours of initial call to START - still great service;
- Start Rescue called me to check what was going on, & kept me updated with revised Recovery time.
