Ordered a comforter daybed set. After waiting over 15 business days I tried to call the customer service number listed on their website. I got a message saying the number was no longer in service. Meanwhile I never received a confirmation email after my order was placed with the tracking information. Alarmed, I contacted my bank and disputed the amount.
The very next day I received an email confirmation with the tracking info and that my item was shipped. The day after that my package arrived along with an email from them asking me why I stopped payment since the item was shipped. Emailed them back and told them because I never heard from them & could not contact them by phone, I stopped the payment. They told me they only communicate via emails and not by phone anymore!
Anyway, I told my bank to credit them back & informed the company they should receive credit within 48 hrs. That was 2 weeks ago. I get an email from them the other day saying they never got credited and would I please submit them my credit card number so that they could get credit.
Called my bank again and they indeed credited them back on Dec 21 and that I can print out a copy of the transaction and forward to them. I then emailed them telling them I have proof payment was made & where to fax or send it to. They emailed back once again asking for my account number!!!
I replied that I already told them I had proof and if they were going to insist I send them my account number then there was nothing left for me to do but report them for harassment if they decide to contact me again.
I never heard back from them again!
