Following the Eye Test I ordered 2 pairs of glasses for £99.00. They cocked the order up and only one pair arrived. I told them that I needed the 2nd pair urgently to drive with, so I wished to cancel them.
It was then that the manageress got involved who in a matter of fact way told me how my order had vanished. You can imagine how reassuring it was to hear her say "your order just can not be found on the system" and then the opposite of an apology happened. She told me that if I wanted to keep the pair that had arrived then I would have to pay the full price for them as they were 'part of a deal'.
Not once was the word Sorry used, and I believe that the reason why, is that they could give a hit!
I have given the website 1 star because I can't give it none! If you email [email protected]. they email you back saying that they are not customer care for Asda Opticians - Very Bizarre!
