“iLOVE Kickboxing Now”

I never thought I would be able to do Kickboxing especially for an hour. My first class I was with a trainer the whole time, they showed me all of the punches and kicks prior to the workout and they encouraged me the whole way through the workout while helping me with my technique.

After the first class I was hooked! I really LOVE kickboxing and can't imagine doing any other workout. The facility is very clean, the instructors are AMAZING and the music is always great!
