“RAC - Really Abysmal Company”

Had double puncture on lonely B road - first time I ever rang RAC (Really Abysmal Company) to be informed that punctures were not covered as this classed as an accident and not a breakdown and that I should have read the Terms and Conditions (this despite the fact that my card and your card clearly states Accident and Breakdown). The "jobs worth" of an operator "kindly" informed me that they could arrange for a Recovery vehicle to be sent but this would ether be reclaimed off my insurance or I would have to pay at the cost of £168 plus £1.68 per mile. I believe this company are Charlatans and hide behind the facade of a Royal Ascent - RAC - Really Abysmal Company
