“Ordered to my hotel.”

Since I do not live in GB, but was visiting London for a long weekend, I had my order delivered to my hotel. The previous big sale gave some delay. So I chatted with Woolovers to make sure my order arrived before I had fly home. It arrived 2 days before I left which was perfect. Great service and the sweaters are wonderful as we have a real "cold spell" in Norway.
