“Not a very good service ”

I sent my old phone in full working order to mazuma . There was no contact from them within 5 days so i made contact to them . It took 2 days for a reply . They then stated my phone was not working and the original price of £90 was no longer offered to me just the £30 not working offer . it then took them 4 more days to put any money into my account by bank transfer . I sent this phone to them in return for cash as it was to big and needed to be unlocked to 02 as the area i live in you can only get a good signal on 02 . There was nothing at all wrong with the phone it even still had the screen cover on it .
I must admit to being very disapointed in there service as even after informing them i had no phone and needed the money for my old phone asap it still took them 4 days and all i got was to be phobbed off by there customer service team . My phone was a samsung galaxy tab 3 .
