Karoo is by far the worst internet provider in the UK. Im forever ringing them up about the same problem and all I get back is the same rubbish all the time. My issue is thay my internet is apparently a 5mb download speed in the area but when I do a download I get around 300kbps on a good day. I have had around 2 routers in 1 year from karoo and now i have been given there latest and with the ability to have 5ghz signal, no improvements what so ever. I would not reccommend this trash to anyone what so ever.
