Tried to book a late holiday in school half term after getting stuck on website,I decided to ring up on hot line. so glad i did as not only did the young lady talk me through every step she also gave invaluable advice and got me a further discount on the original price
i know the internet is convenient and hassle free (most of the time) but unfortunately it does not answer queries and give advice so i will use the personal touch from here on in every time
most websites give you a generic description of the resort and amenities on offer, by speaking to the adviser i could ask additional questions and fill in the gaps. this was my first time all inclusive and was a bit concerned about some of the reviews on trip adviser the adviser re assured me and explained exactly what would be expected
