“Incompetence and unprofessional”

Direct TV sent a bill to collections in my name by mistake. It is on my credit report. The bank alerted me. I called Direct TV. I've spoken to the international customer representatives they have scattered through out the world. They can verify that the account is not mine and that the address is not mine. YET, it will take 30 to 45 business days to remove it. 5 phone calls of conferencing with supervisors and none are able to do anything. In the mean time the bank is holding up my loan because of Direct TV's error.
