I booked a holiday through them. When we arrived we told we would have a 4 hour wait for our transfer at the airport. We arrived at 1am and had 2 children with us.
The prices quoted also suddenly increased by £200 and as they had our credit card details we could not cancel they said.
Our return bus to the airport to go home did NOT turn up at the hotel. When we called to ask why they decided they would change the hotel we were getting picked up at without warning.
Fortunately for us we had made friends with a nice couple who loaned us 100 euros to get a taxi.
I have been emailing this company on a weekly basis since August 2015 and I keep getting the same answers that I have to provide them with proof of my phone call asking where the bus was collecting us from. Why I have to do this when their documents said our hotel is beyond me?
I too will be going to the ombudsman with all of the email and calls I have made.
Please don't make the same mistake and go with this 'budget' package place. The holiday will cost you at least £300-400 more than quoted plus time and stress of trying to get what you are owed back
