My domain was down and I needed to move it to a new hosting company.
Not having done anything like this before I was talked through every detail which certainly helped with the panic I was feeling.
My call was returned after leaving a phone message. I was kept informed at every step of the way.
After a short delay in getting my domain up and running and receiving an apology, I am happy with the results.
