“I want to cause pain to the senior people at Vodafone”

My mum lives 250 miles from me. And since the 2nd level authentication was implemented I cannot administer her account at home. I have to use the Vodafone stores, live chat or the telephone. All of these services are shocking!. The people on live chat lie to you(If you can ever contact them). The people in the stores lie to you and the phone service has a passive aggressive voice on a menu system that is poor. Vodafone is the only service that works reliably in my mums house so it is the only way she can use her tablet. It would be cost effective for me to pay for a full cable TV service to get her on the internet as it takes me ages each month to look after her account. I feel sorry for both the customer and staff in the shops because neither of them want to be there. Only use Vodafone if there is no other choice or if you want to prematurely age.
