We have been with Fuelcard since June 2015 ...the initial diesel price saving drawing us in ....I've yet to see any of the "hidden" extra costs though I have been warned to expect them to happen. We've had pricing problems since the end of August, a mere 10 weeks after joining them....we noticed that the price charged was then virtually pump price with little saving compared to the initial prices. No reason provided. We currently receive a reduced rate simply because we complained....but have to monitor prices weekly ...that's what we pay them to do surely ...to give us a better deal ...? Customer Service is extremely poor ...they promise credits or calls which don't happen. I'm currently chasing a credit for £ 20 ...I've spent 2 hours on the phone in all over 2 weeks & still they can't seem to grasp what to credit.
We will soon be an ex customer ...I'd recommend others to seriously look at the benefits v the comments of others before joining up.
