“Worst Customer Service Ever”

I wished I had seen the review before I opened the account.
Their staff are so rude and unhelpful. They could at least train their staff or employ staff who are happy to work.

Their website is rubbish. You cannot login once you make a mistake. New login details take 10 working days and they don't care at all.

Transfer of funds to another account cannot done at weekends but they remove the funds from your account.
Then you are charged £10 for Monday and £3.50 for Tuesday payment.

I have been waiting since Friday for this transfer nothing has been done, yet today is now Tuesday.

I am going to be spreading the word that people should avoid them. Very disheartened by their service.
