“Poor service. Not value for money”

Eharmony claim they will send you daily matches, they do not! I have days go past when they provide no matches. When I rang them to complain they suggested I widen my geographical area of search. I am not willing to do this as I do not want a long distance relationship. If I get matches, they do not have photos attached, which I do not find helpful.
Membership is not cheap and I feel Eharmony have taken my money without providing the service they claim to.
I would never recommend this site to anyone.
