“Poor Service Diabolic Accounts”

I waited 32 minutes for the operator and another 25 minutes to reach the correct department. 

On another occasion received out of the blue email saying my direct debit isn't working. Plusnet couldn't say why the direct debit is not working so they reset the direct debit. 

Unfortunately Plusnet sent the email to me too late for next invoice date.
No, couldn't pay in advance must pay on invoice date and have 24 hours, no later or in default so affects credit rating. 

I cannot pay by phone anymore (I guess to reduce 30 minutes wait), so tough if you are on holiday. 

Hang on, this was not my problem in the first place.
My advice....avoid Plusnet like the plague
