Excellent booking system, great value deal.
Quite disappointed when we got to the hotel as our special request for a room with a view of the London Eye for a treat for my son's birthday wasn't passed onto the hotel so they were completely unaware of the request, so we ended up overlooking Waterloo Train station. However, we had a great time and thought the hotel was fantastic.
