“Great customer service”

Me and my partner were looking for a holiday in Gran Canaria, and we have found a great deal with Globalhoppers. I was checking the reviews and I had mix feelings as the average rating is quite low, but I said to partner, if we do not try it, we cannot rely on these comments. So I called the agency, and spoke to one of the staff members, who was very polite and adviced us a great place in Maspalomas. Everything went smoothly, didn't have any problems with booking, you can ask as many qs as you want in order to make sure for example that you booked a large suitcase, etc. I was a bit stressed that there will be a problem with the transfer, as I some customers were complaining that nobody was waiting for them at the airport. We did not have any problems neither at the airport nor during our journey, we arrived safely to Maspalomas, we were absolutely satisfied with the place we stayed, it was clean, the staff was kind and we could enjoy all inclusive service during the whole day. We are really thankful that we booked a holiday via Globalhoppers as we had an amazing holiday. I would recommend it to everybody who wants to buy a holiday for a good price. Sometimes the comments can be misleading and if you do not try it, you cannot judge it. You will get what you pay for and what is in the description. Thank you very much for the excellent service!
