“Customer service the worst ever”

I bought a kitchen was told it would take 10 days to fit, that went to 26 as they got the work tops wrong so was with no hob or sink for almost 4 weeks. Called in November to get some repairs done as unit doors are twisted, and the gloss is coming off others. Still waiting in middle of January to get the repairs, they tell me when I call they have no record of me calling and asking for repairs, that happened twice, eventually someone noted that I was calling, but still no one out to carry out repairs, have had the replacement doors sitting in garage for weeks now, no call to tell me if fitter is coming out. Every time I call them I get a different story, really sorry I paid them £15,000 for a kitchen that they will not repair. So much for the guarantee I paid all the money for.
