“Rapid Support by Engineers not Teleprompters”

I had to access a number of my sites hosted with Unlimited Hosting and this caused their Firewall to block my IP. That might sound bad to you but think about. Its not. If my sites were getting hacked this is classic so a block actually gives me assurance that there systems are working well. Just a quick email to their support and within a couple of minutes ,"literally", I was back in. I was given an explanation as to why I was blocked and advised to inform support if this ever happened again.
Strongly recommended. I've been using them for years and I cannot recommend anyone else.
Fantastic service at a great price.
