“big ripp off”

I booked for a car rental , from argos car hire , but the company was easirent, when I booked the price was 74 pounds plus 36.06 for the insurance to bring the excess to 0 .so the total should been 110.06 ,
when I got the bill from my credit card ,ifound that they charged me 259 p0unds . after I discover that they sold me another insurance without telling me ,I did report this matter to visa card, and they are being investigated ,.
