“Terrible service worst ever”

South west trains are terrible. The money they are making and running such a bad service. You need to wait for a train around 20 minutes in the morning or evening sometimes half an hour. Often you hot delays and of course trains are overcrowded to give an example Train to Epsom Downs. How could they not improve their service any European country is far better then this medieval trains the so called South west service is running and only thinking about the costs of their service they are making billions
